GIC Course /Generic Instructor Course/
Aims of course:
Preparation of persons nominated as “Instructor
Potential” after ALS, EPLS, NLS courses to teach
adults on above mentioned courses.
Addressees of course:
Persons who finished ALS, EPLS, NLS /of „Provider”
type/ courses, who obtained nomination of “Instructor
Potential”.
Program:

Preparations before the course: each
participant is given handbooks for the course /at
least four weeks before the course/ with command of
familiarization with its content. Participants are
expected to possess excellent knowledge on the
subject of basic course.

Lasting two days course is aimed to
teach candidates how effectively train adults. The
course involves a lecture – adults training, shows,
discussions and practical exercises, during which
the candidates practise various techniques of
teaching: lecture, simulated scenarios, exam,
discussions.
Evaluation:
Continuous evaluation is carried out
during the course.
